Pre-term rectification of indicators is immoral

When one makes mistakes (sinning), he must fix his error or receive his punishment (Joshua 7.16-26), and the Glory of God remains untouched. Mutatis mutandis, to the technical, political, organizational, and to the management system of a corporation, must apply the penalty for deviation from the planned indicators, without modifying the penalty system and its benchmarks during the planning period. For these reasons, for example, the rectification in November of the revenue and expenditure budget planned for the current year in a joint-stock company is at least immoral because it covers the management’s impotence to achieve the planned indicators. Managers must be obliged to achieve the planned indicators and not the other way around, by adapting the indicators to their weak managerial capacity. If, moreover, managers are rewarded for having realized the modified indicators by degrading them before the end of the planning period, corruption is obvious.


Company revival can be done by those who are good

People’s attitude and behavior, their reactions to the reality of the theo-system’s functioning, must be grounded and guided according to the nine happiness (Matthew 5.3-11). Mutatis mutandis, in relation to the second happiness, in which the one who feels himself a sinner weeps, that is, repents, can be taken as an example, as a reference, in his attitude towards the degraded functioning of the system. In order for the mistakes made to be forgiven, their formal recognition is not useful (Deut. 1.45). Repentance must be equivalent to a broken heart, be real, otherwise it is of no use, and it is even an affront to the One to whom forgiveness is required. First, a proper assessment (audit, etc.) must be made to be aware of in order to develop, on this basis, measures to restore the functioning of the system. Complaint of degraded status is only a preliminary step in system rehabilitation. But further, the rehabilitation of the system cannot be done by the wicked, but by those who are good (Luke 6.43-45). That is, the state-owned company, on the brink of insolvency, cannot be redressed by those who brought it into this difficult situation (Board and General Assembly of Shareholders dominated by state representatives), but by other managers resulting especially from future privatization.

Planning as a system training process

Planning, considered rather a mediating process than intervention (S. Leleur), could be translated into practice by training the system modeled by the neural network. The decision-maker considers certain processes, phenomena and events to be more deterministic or more non-deterministic, random, depending on his ability to control them. Depending on this, he can do pro-active planning (the graph of a public transport line, for example) or mediating planning (transport policy, market transition, European integration, etc.). The planner acts on the deterministic processes by pro-active methods, and on the random ones through mediating methods, i.e. by training the system to reach the targets. Deterministic planning is specific to centralized economy, and mediating, negotiation, facilitation, intermediation, training are specific to market-oriented economy (especially in nonlinear transient periods). In order to achieve sustainable development or sustainable mobility, neural network training and especially self-training is more useful because it gives the adaptive character of system planning and behavior.

Binefacere și voluntariat

Mai târziu, ca inginer și cercetător, coordona și lucra efectiv numeroase proiecte, susținând astfel salariile unor colegi leneși sau incapabili, cărora nu le păsa de unde le vin veniturile salariale. În funcțiile sale de conducere, efectua atât management, cât și activitate efectivă și neremunerată în diferite proiecte, susținând astfel salariile multor angajați. Pe de altă parte, oare nu intră în categoria actelor de caritate și suportarea urmărilor faptelor hoților, tâlharilor, mincinoșilor, bârfitorilor, calomniatorilor și politicienilor? I-au fost tâlhărite casa și autovehiculul, toate fructele din grădină sunt furate sistematic, vecinii și-au mutat gardurile în curtea sa cu complicitatea autorităților locale, modificând astfel frontierele curții care dăinuiseră peste un secol. Ca să nu mai vorbim de munca voluntară de pe vremuri și multe, multe alte alea.

Some concepts and Lupascu’s logic

In order for the notion of cooperation between two systems to be defined in accordance with Lupascu’s logic, the dualism of the respective sides must be in a contradictory relationship. That is, the principle of contradictory complementarity must replace the principle of non-contradiction. For example, in combined transport, the co-operation of two modes (long-haul and short-haul transport) exist through their contradiction, forming together a kind of dynamic entity. While part of the entity is in actualization, the other is potentiating. While long-haul transport (rail, inland waterway, maritime) is in actualization by bringing freight to the terminal, short-haul transport (road transport) is potentiating by picking up and distributing goods arriving at the terminal. The two states can overlap partially over certain time intervals, but it is impossible both to be actual or potential simultaneously. Lupascu introduced the notion of the T-state, the included third party concept, which is defined as “the actual or potential state, T ≡ ~ A ~ P, of a term to the antithetic term (or still semi-actual and semi-potential): passing from the state A to the state P or from the state P to the state A, e or ē is necessarily in a state in which there is neither actual nor potential to ē or e, at half-way, so to speak, between A and P”. Identifying dialectics with the dynamic logic of contradictory, Lupascu uses the included third party concept. He says that “dialectics does not seem to be anything but logic itself; its third term, the third party included, cannot be the Hegelian synthesis, the third term of Hegel’s logic, for it is, on the contrary, the logical state, the dialectic aspect of the most powerful contradiction (eT ⊃ ēT) ⊃ CA ⋅ ​​~ CP)” (Ştefan Lupaşcu, Le principe d’antagonisme et la logique de l’énergie, Hermann et Cie, Paris, 1951). Logical values ​​from the perspective of dynamic logic whose binary character is given by the actualization and potentiation properties of contradictory dynamisms, called e and non-e. They can be in the state of actualization or potentiation, but also in a third state, the T-state, of antagonistic equilibrium, which is not a synthesis of the two dynamisms. It is the third value of dynamic logic. We could say that two systems interact, resulting in a third, superior aggregation level. For example, two systems (road and rail) can interact, resulting in combined transport. Although Basarab Nicolescu says that the laws of the lower and upper levels are different, we can say that those from the lower one result from the ones from the higher, by the particularization, ie the lower one is a particular case of the higher one, resulting from it by projection or deleting a dimension (for example, if inf = n dim space, and sup = (n + 1) dim space). Hence, there is interaction on this path, that is, there is not necessarily a rupture, a discontinuity between them. There are other dynamic entities that can be defined as the result of the contradictory complementarity between the actualization part and another potential. Such examples include delivery / collection transport, competition, vehicle loading / unloading, etc.

An idea for a theory of motivational needs by simplicial geometry

For optimal management and intensive use of human resources, it is necessary the use of subtle methods harmonizing the needs of employees with the organization’s objectives in the conditions of markets. On the frame of advanced society, changes of the relative position of human needs are possible. The majority of needs are becoming closer to each other, the initial principal needs being met relatively quickly in career management, following then a long way towards self-realization until updating self-esteem. Starting from human needs (1. Physiological, 2. Safety, 3. Social, 4. Esteem, 5. Self-realization) as defined by A. H. Maslow and that, people tend to meet in priority order 1 to 5, we try a generalization by simplicial geometry. We build the tetrahedron in Figure 1 and we allocate to the main vertex on the top the last two needs. For human resource management we can use this simplicial complex represented by the tetrahedron whose vertices are the main needs of the employees and where are recognized also the versions ERD (Alfred Adler) and Herzberg.


As the employee’s position is closer to the top vertex, decreases weight of personal hygiene needs and increase the self-realization (+ esteem) needs. The volume of the truncated pyramid between initial hygienic needs (base tetrahedron) and the triangle of current hygienic needs (in plan of section containing the current position of the employee, plan that is not necessarily parallel to the base) is the total individual satisfaction, with the maximum in top vertex D. Need for esteem can be positioned on the height of the tetrahedron slightly below the top vertex, as its preliminary stage. The subject tends to get to the top vertex, which is maximum capacity of what could be the person. This is a 3-simplex fully quantifying, depending on the position of a point in its volume, on its surface, on the edges, all types of needs may have some individual or group of individuals. These needs can be called derived needs from the fundamental needs (allocated to vertices). It defines a way of measuring the position coordinates of a point representing respective share of needs etc. There evolutionary way to the top vertex, without touching it, which is a sort of maximum suction, a singularity. Tetrahedron can represent more people, resulting in their relative positions. The dynamic of a person can result by positioning in tetrahedron his developments at various points in time, a trajectory. People may be represented separately, with simplex attached, such as a tetrahedron (3-simplex), triangle (2-simplex), segment (1-simplex), and point (0-simplex). Chaining them after a certain logic (flow technology, SCM, mobility, etc.) is a super graph. Network of simplexes form a simplicial complex. The position of his needs is closer to the top vertex of higher order needs, the employee is highly qualified and accomplished. The pyramid may have a polygonal base with n vertices (finite number of principal needs) or circular (infinite number of main needs), resulting in a conception of the specific needs of a highly developed and refined society in which human needs are diversified and nuanced. In the area of singularity, man can achieve the highest spiritual needs, such as forgiveness and kindness. Forgiveness is at his disposal to receive Jesus as Lord and Savior (2Cor 9.15). The kindness that comes from faith (2Tes1.11-12), it was received by the gift of the Holy Spirit at Whitsuntide. Both gifts are the basis of the theo-system. For people, classes of people or different domains there may even be different cones. Other geometric variants may also be designed. Edges that climb to the top can be non-linear, approaching the peak accelerated (exponentially), attenuated (parabolic, logistic curve), asymptotic (hyperbolic etc.). The same considerations can be made for other area of activities. On the management of urban systems, for example, in the basic triangle the vertex ‘Social’ is replaced with ‘Urban mobility’, and the top vertex of the tetrahedron will be the ‘Quality of urban life’, resulting simplicial complex of urban needs. Through surveys and statistical analyzes can be evaluated simplexes specific to urban zones or other systems, resulting in the end the global simplicial complex of urban or metropolitan area in question. And if needs are replaced with performance criteria, then applications come from optimization theory itself. By analogy, a connection with the black holes theory and their entropy could be found. For example, tending to the top, then to the infinite through a wormhole, human needs can expand into a symmetrical pyramid (cone). The same with direct logistics versus reverse logistics. Is this the pyramid (cone) that regresses the needs after retirement of the person (after reaching the peak of self-reliance)? That is, after passing through singularity (the wormhole), the symmetrical pyramid (cone) begins to expand to the dissipation of accumulations performed in the first pyramid. Or, going ‘beyond’, it’s happening the scattering of the material part, remaining something that lasts over time? In other words, blessed are those who reach perfection in the top…

You look at, but recognize?

Human beings can look at each other, but that doesn’t mean they know each other. There is a distinction between what is seen and what is found after a process of knowing that individuals (‘you are not what I thought you were’). In order to know and recognize each other, in addition to the provision of compatible sensors in the respective connection, there must be a knowledge harmonization between the respective individuals. These are also criteria for grouping individuals into equivalence classes, clusters, categories or groups. I mean, ‘who are similar, gathers.’ An incurable thief cannot know a diligent and honest farmer, but just consider him like a target from which he can steal something. Thieves are solidarizing quickly, as well as honest people. Everyone feels good in the company of others of own kind. This explains the social polarization, the migration of specialists, the poor quality of politicians, the failure of political regimes that proclaim the equality of individuals, etc. A cowboy cannot analyze the work of a mathematician to know him. The mathematician, to be understood in the inferior level, by the cowboy, he must present a simplified version of his work. That is, to give up part of the quality of his opus. On this basis, the cowboy is informed, but he must not take the right to judge the mathematician. It is also wrong to appoint a lower leader over a top-level community. A stupid person but having political support, as manager of a research center will surely enter the bankruptcy. The healthy natural tendency is for individuals to evolve, refine, and aspire to accepting them in increasingly elevated categories. The absolute mark of the evolution of the individual is of a religious nature. If we exemplify referring to Christianity, people have to follow a process similar to the ‘perfecting of the saints’, by which they are getting closer to Christ, which can only be achieved in this world. In this process, men continue to be different until the process is over, that is, until men reach the unity of the faith and knowledge of the Son of God (1 Cor 12.13). His acknowledgment as Lord will be possible when they will be able to see Him as He is (1 John 3.2). This is only possible for those who are pure in heart (Matthew 5.8), which is the highest level of evolution.
